At Web Wonder Works LLP, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing and web services tailored to your business needs. However, due to the nature of digital services, certain limitations apply regarding cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing either by email to our Billing Department at [email protected] or directly to your assigned Account Manager.
  • Cancellation will be deemed valid only after confirmation is received from the respective department.
  • Cancellation requests will be honored only if made within 12 hours of placing the order and if the execution of the project has not already begun.
  • If work has commenced or resources have been allocated, cancellation may not be possible or may incur applicable deductions based on the work completed.

Important: Web Wonder Works is not liable for cancellation or refund of payments made towards third-party services (such as domain, hosting, content writing, plugins, themes, or third-party tools) that are initiated on your behalf.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, all payments made to Web Wonder Works are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in a service agreement or mutually agreed upon in writing.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed milestones or services that have already been delivered or initiated.
  • For monthly retainer-based services (such as SEO, social media management, or PPC), the renewal of services for the following month implies client satisfaction with the current month’s performance. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any dissatisfaction before the renewal.
  • Web Wonder Works does not guarantee specific results such as website traffic volume, keyword rankings, or lead/sales numbers, and therefore cannot process refunds on such bases.
