SEO Specialist
2+ years experience
Technical audits, on-page work, local SEO and Google Business Profile, content briefs, and reporting against organic enquiries rather than rankings alone. You will work directly with the search lead.
Google Ads and Paid Media Specialist
2+ years experience
Search, Performance Max and Meta campaigns for local businesses. Conversion tracking implemented before spend, negative keyword hygiene, and monthly reporting on cost per qualified lead.
Social Media Manager
1+ years experience
Content calendars, reels and short-form pipelines, community replies, and the reporting that tells a client whether the channel earned its retainer. Tamil and English both useful.
Content Writer
1+ years experience
Service pages, blog guides and ad copy for Coimbatore businesses across healthcare, manufacturing, education and retail. Research-led writing, no filler, sources you can point at.
Web Designer and Developer
2+ years experience
Business websites from Figma through build, launch and handover. Speed, mobile behaviour and forms that actually submit matter more here than decoration.

Where is the job based?
The office is on Kalapatti Main Road in Coimbatore, inside Annamalai Industrial Park, with parking on site. Most roles are in office or hybrid, because the work involves a lot of live problem solving with the rest of the team. Tell us in your application if you need something different and we will say honestly whether it can work for that role.

Do you take freshers?
For content and social media, yes, if you can show us something you made. For SEO and paid media we look for at least two years, because those roles touch client budgets and client rankings from the first week. A strong personal project counts as evidence, and so does freelance work.
What is the salary?
It depends on the role and on what you can already do, so we discuss it on the first call rather than publishing a band that would be wrong for half the people reading it. You will have a written figure before you are asked to accept anything, and we will not ask you to name a number before we have told you what the role involves.
Will I hear back if I am not selected?
Yes, within five working days. We have all been on the other side of an application that vanished. If your application is not right for the current role but is good, we keep it for 12 months and tell you we are doing so.
