How we approach SEO for Coimbatore businesses

Proof, before the pitch

We rank our own site first for the term we teach

Before any of the method below, here is the evidence for it. Both screenshots open full size, and both come from the SEO Tamil case study, where the figures carry their tool and their window.

The last two figures are from two other sites we own, both linked from the portfolio. Every number on this page is published with the dashboard it came from, because a figure without its source is decoration.

Every capture, not a selection

What Google, Bing and ChatGPT answer when somebody asks for the best Tamil SEO expert

Six screenshots, on three platforms, across two dates. Each one names the exact search, the platform, the date and whether the window was signed out, because an AI answer that cannot be traced to those four facts proves nothing. These are our own sites, so there is no client permission question and nothing is withheld.

What none of these show is a permanent ranking. An AI answer is regenerated per search and varies by account, country and day, and a screenshot of one search result is one machine on one afternoon. That is why each image carries its date and states what was visible in the window rather than being offered as a standing fact, and it is why the claim in the table above rests on the Ahrefs search results check of 27 July 2026, limited to two specific searches, in India, on one date, rather than on the pictures.

The Web Wonder Works office in Coimbatore, a three storey building on Kalapatti Main Road with the team's motorcycles parked inside the gate

SEO company in Coimbatore: the short version

Web Wonder Works LLP is an MCA-registered SEO company in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, providing technical SEO, content SEO, local SEO and AI-search visibility work for manufacturers, exporters, hospitals, educational institutions, ecommerce brands and professional services.

Search strategy is led by Alston Antony, who has worked in SEO since around 2010.

Work begins by establishing how search engines read the site, what they build from it, which pages they list and which they treat as important. It is judged on qualified enquiries from Google and the revenue behind them, not on rankings or a count of links.

The real problem

Your website may be indexed and still be structurally unable to compete

Most Coimbatore websites that fail in search are not invisible. They are listed in Google, they have pages, they often have a blog. What they lack is a structure search engines read as commercially important, and any way of telling whether it produced an enquiry.

Check your own site against this list

  • Service pages are not listed in Google, or Google picked a different page as the main one
  • The wrong page ranks for your main commercial term
  • Duplicate titles, duplicate pages or parameter URLs competing with each other
  • Mobile pages are slow enough that people leave before they load
  • Service pages are thin and the blog carries the traffic
  • Blog traffic grows while enquiries stay flat
  • The Business Profile ranks in Maps but the website ranks nowhere
  • AI assistants describe your business vaguely, or confuse it with another

Who delivers the work

SEO led by Alston Antony, delivered through Web Wonder Works LLP

Two names are accountable, for different things. That split is written into the engagement so nobody has to guess who to call. Every conversation, update and report comes from the Web Wonder Works team, never from a strategist you cannot reach.

Web Wonder Works LLP

The contracting agency, and your single point of contact

The LLP holds the contract, manages the account and produces the work. Every call, email and report reaches you through this team. If something is late, wrong or unclear, this is who you speak to, in person if you want to.

Accountable for

  • The contract, scope and commercial terms
  • Client communication and account management
  • Implementation coordination with your team or ours
  • Technical and content production resources
  • Monthly reporting and the strategy call
  • Ongoing support and handover

Alston Antony, strategy and technical direction

The SEO expert behind the work, not your account manager

Alston sets the strategy, directs the technical work and reviews quality before anything ships. He does not handle client communication, account management or reporting calls, because a specialist answering emails is a specialist not doing the work you hired him for. His credentials and the rankings on his own sites are below.

Not for perfection, but for progress. Ship the fix that moves the number, measure it honestly, then find the next one.

Accountable for

  • SEO diagnosis and root cause analysis
  • Strategy and prioritisation by business impact
  • Technical direction and developer specifications
  • Every search worth having, grouped by what the searcher wants
  • Content architecture and brief standards
  • Quality review before anything ships
  • Measurement framework and reporting design
  • AI search visibility testing

Not responsible for

Client communication, account management, day to day updates and reporting calls. Those sit with the Web Wonder Works team.

Who does the work

The people accountable for your SEO

Search strategy sits with Alston. Everything you actually deal with, the calls, the approvals and the reporting, sits with the rest of the team.

Proof before promises

Every search claim we make, with the receipt attached

Anybody can print a number on a page. These are the only search claims we make about ourselves, and each names the platform, the exact search, the date checked and the method, so you can repeat the check yourself.

What has to be true before we print a claim

  • The exact search or prompt, not a paraphrase
  • The platform and the market checked
  • The date of the check
  • The method, including whether the result was personalised
  • A link to the page or account that proves it

Rankings and AI answers both move. A claim here records one check on one date, not a permanent state, and results vary by location, device, personalisation and model.

What is included

Complete technical and content SEO, without backlink quotas

Many SEO pages describe the same checklist: search terms, page titles, links and reports. Web Wonder Works starts deeper: working out how search engines read your site, what they make of it and which pages they treat as important; fixing what matters most first; building a structure around the pages that sell; and tying what Google sends you to real enquiries. We do not sell a monthly quota of links instead of fixing the website.

Technical SEO

The pages you want to rank can be read by Google, are listed by it, load fast enough, and are understood as your priority.

Search, market and buyer strategy

What your market searches, in Tamil and English, sorted by what each search is worth.

On-page and internal linking

One job per selling page, and a path of links that concentrates strength on it.

Content strategy and production

Pages that answer what buyers ask before enquiring, with evidence rather than filler.

Local SEO and Google Business Profile

Maps and neighbourhood visibility, tracked as calls, direction requests and bookings.

Being the source AI answers quote

A business AI systems can identify without guessing, pages that answer first and explain second, and tracked questions showing how you get described.

Analytics, conversion and reporting

Tracking implemented before conclusions are drawn, then a report that opens with enquiries.

Continuous testing and improvement

Watching for pages that slip, updating them, merging the ones that overlap, and the discipline to stop what is not working.

What the core engagement excludes

No paid guest-post quotas, no directory submission packages, no private blog networks, no bulk backlink schemes. Link acquisition is scoped separately, and only where a real authority gap remains once the technical, content, identity, local and measurement foundations are in place. Buying links before fixing the site pays for a symptom.

  • Backlink quotas of any number per month
  • Bulk guest-post packages
  • Directory submission runs
  • Automated link building tools
  • Guaranteed rankings of any kind

Technical SEO

Technical SEO that removes the barriers Google cannot ignore

Eight areas, each diagnosed, implemented and validated rather than listed in a spreadsheet and handed over.

Getting found and listed by Google

If Google spends its time on the wrong pages and never lists the right ones, nothing else works. Always the first pass.

We find
We read every page of your site the way Google does, compare it against what Google reports it has found, and check whether Google agrees with you about which page is the main one.
We fix
Instructions to search engines corrected, sitemaps rebuilt, redirects tidied into one hop, the main page named for each set of duplicates, dead ends closed, and worthless pages taken back out of Google.
Who ships it
Us where we have access, otherwise a specified developer ticket.
We validate
We re-read the changed pages, then check a sample in Google's own inspection tool.
What moves
The pages that earn you money listed in Google, and Google agreeing which page is the main one.
Everything checked in this area (8)
  • robots.txt rules and accidental blocks
  • meta robots and X-Robots-Tag directives
  • XML sitemap architecture, HTML sitemap where it aids discovery
  • crawl depth, orphan pages, click distance to commercial pages
  • status codes, redirect chains and loops, soft 404s
  • canonicalisation, duplicates and near-duplicates
  • parameter URLs, facets, internal search pages, pagination
  • index bloat and low-value URL removal

Pages that reach Google as more than an empty shell

A page that looks complete in your browser can arrive at Google as an empty shell. On sites built heavily in JavaScript this is the most missed cause of flat performance.

We find
We compare three versions of the page: what your server sends, what a browser builds from it, and what Google ends up with, checking the headings, the words, the links and the labels in each.
We fix
The important content sent ready-made instead of assembled in the browser, real links instead of click handlers, and anything hidden behind a script uncovered.
Who ships it
Joint with your developers: specified by us, validated by us.
We validate
We check the version Google sees in Search Console, and again with JavaScript switched off.
What moves
Content that is allowed to rank at all, and links Google can actually follow.
Everything checked in this area (7)
  • rendered HTML compared against the raw response
  • critical content available without interaction
  • client-side rendering and hydration failures
  • lazy-loading that hides content from crawlers
  • blocked JavaScript and CSS resources
  • single page application route discoverability
  • hidden page labels present in the rendered output

Site architecture and internal linking

Your structure is how you tell Google which pages matter. Most sites accidentally say everything matters equally, which reads as nothing mattering.

We find
We map how deep each page is buried, how many links point to it and what those links say, against what the page is actually worth to you.
We fix
A clear structure of main pages and supporting pages, a trail showing where you are, sensible web addresses, tidied categories, and links that say where they go.
Who ships it
Us, in the templates and content we control.
We validate
We re-read the site and confirm the important pages sit fewer clicks from the homepage, nothing is stranded, and the strength is pooling where we planned.
What moves
Your service pages ranking for their own searches instead of losing to your own blog.
Everything checked in this area (6)
  • service, industry and location hierarchy
  • topic clusters and hub to spoke relationships
  • breadcrumbs and click depth to revenue pages
  • URL naming and taxonomy cleanup
  • internal link volume and anchor text distribution
  • internal authority flow toward commercial pages

Speed, and how the page feels to use

Speed work earns its place through the enquiries it protects, not a test score. We work from what real visitors experienced, because that is what Google judges you on.

We find
Real visitor speed data from Search Console and Google's Chrome report, read at the slower end rather than the average, then lab testing to find the cause.
We fix
Image sizes and formats, fonts, the scripts that hold up the page, third-party tags, caching, and stopping the layout jumping around as it loads.
Who ships it
Us for templates, images and config. Application changes specified for your developers.
We validate
Real visitor data across the following 28 days, not one test run.
What moves
The main content on screen inside 2.5 seconds, taps and clicks responding inside a fifth of a second, and next to no layout shifting. Measured on your real visitors, not promised.
Everything checked in this area (6)
  • LCP, INP and CLS field data versus lab data
  • image dimensions, compression and modern formats
  • font loading and swap behaviour
  • render-blocking scripts and stylesheets
  • third-party tag audit, caching and CDN configuration
  • mobile usability, intrusive overlays, layout shift sources

Hidden page labels, so software identifies you correctly

These labels are a translation layer, not a ranking trick. Their job is to state, in a form software reads, exactly what the visible page already says.

We find
The labels you already have checked for errors, for contradicting what is on the page, and for the ones that are missing.
We fix
One consistent set of labels across the whole site, covering the company, the site, each page, each service, the trail of where you are, named people, and questions and answers where those are visible on the page.
Who ships it
Us, with an automatic check that stops a broken label ever reaching the live site.
We validate
Google's own testing tools on every changed template, plus an automated check each time the site is built.
What moves
The same company facts wherever software reads them, and eligibility for the richer Google listings you genuinely qualify for.
Everything checked in this area (7)
  • Organization and LocalBusiness accuracy, including NAP and identifiers
  • Service, WebPage and WebSite relationships
  • BreadcrumbList matching visible breadcrumbs
  • Person markup for named authors and experts
  • FAQPage only for FAQs visible on the page
  • VideoObject and ImageObject where the media exists
  • no invented reviews or unsupported ratings

Multilingual and Tamil language SEO

Coimbatore search is bilingual and the languages return different results. Handling it with auto-translated duplicates is worse than not handling it.

We find
Search research in English, in Tamil script and in Tamil typed with English letters, plus a check of how your existing language pages are set up.
We fix
A page plan per language and market, each language page correctly paired with its counterparts, and its own web address per language.
Who ships it
Us for structure. Tamil copy written and reviewed by Tamil speakers, never machine translated.
We validate
The language pairings checked, listing in Google confirmed per language, and search performance read separately for each.
What moves
Tamil searches from people ready to act, captured without duplicate or throwaway pages.
Everything checked in this area (5)
  • English, Tamil script and transliterated Tamil search research
  • language and market page strategy
  • hreflang and canonical consistency
  • language-specific URLs and translation quality review
  • avoiding auto-translated doorway pages

Migrations, redesigns and recovery

A redesign is the most common cause of a sudden drop in Google traffic in this market. The work that prevents it happens before launch.

We find
A list of every existing web address with its Google value attached, mapped onto the new structure, plus a full read of the test site.
We fix
A redirect for every old address in a single hop, the main page named for each, templates matched to the old ones, analytics kept unbroken, and the test site's blocking rules removed before launch.
Who ships it
We own the redirect map and launch checklist, with your developers on the release.
We validate
Full reads of the site before and after launch compared, every redirect tested, and Google's own coverage report watched daily for a fortnight.
What moves
Your performance carried through the change, and anything lost caught in days rather than quarters.
Everything checked in this area (7)
  • URL inventory with organic value attached
  • one hop redirect map, no chains
  • canonical and hreflang mapping
  • pre-launch and post-launch crawl comparison
  • template parity and content retention checks
  • analytics and Search Console continuity
  • sitemap transition, old host shutdown, staging noindex removal

Security, accessibility, and what Google actually visits

Two problems stay hidden until they are expensive: a site quietly serving spam pages somebody else injected, and Google spending all its time on pages that do not matter.

We find
The padlock and anything loading insecurely, pages injected by attackers, headings and forms a screen reader can use, and on larger sites the server's own record of what Google visited.
We fix
Injected content removed, security settings corrected, headings and labels fixed, and limits put in place wherever the records show waste.
Who ships it
Server records and the limits on what Google visits by us. Server and security settings with your hosting team.
We validate
A re-scan after the cleanup, a clean security report, and a second look at the server records.
What moves
Nothing junk left in Google, no security warnings, and Google's time spent on pages that can earn.
Everything checked in this area (6)
  • HTTPS, mixed content and security headers
  • hacked, spam and injected page checks
  • accessible heading structure, labels and alt text
  • keyboard and mobile usability
  • Googlebot and Bingbot crawl patterns from server logs
  • wasted crawl, response errors, crawl frequency for key pages

We find it. We fix it. We validate it.

Most audits end at a spreadsheet, which leaves the hardest part with you. Implementation is in scope: we ship what we control, write developer-ready tickets for what we do not, and re-read the site after release to confirm the fix landed. A fix nobody validated is a fix nobody made.

Content SEO

Content SEO built around buyers, not word counts

Research, architecture, briefs, production and maintenance. Publishing volume is an input, not a result.

Research before writing

Content that sells has to know what the business earns on, what customers ask before buying, and which of those questions search can answer.

We find
Your margins and priority services, the objections your sales team hears, the searches already reaching you, the gaps your competitors leave, and how people search in Tamil and in English.
We fix
Every search worth having, grouped by what the person actually wants and what it is worth to you, with the ones that only look valuable taken out.
Who ships it
Alston builds the intent model. Production is resourced by the LLP.
We validate
Reviewed with you against your real sales pipeline before sign-off.
What moves
A plan whose first items are the ones closest to revenue.
Everything checked in this area (6)
  • business model, margins and priority services
  • customer language and sales objections
  • Search Console search and page analysis
  • competitor content gaps and SERP format per search
  • internal sales and support question mining
  • Tamil and English search behaviour

Architecture and page mapping

Every search you want needs exactly one page responsible for it. Where two of your pages compete for the same search, both usually lose.

We find
A map of which page currently answers which search, marking where two pages fight each other, where you repeat yourself, and where there is nothing at all.
We fix
A plan for the pages that sell, plus the route a reader takes from an article to actually enquiring.
Who ships it
We map and brief, then build the pages we are scoped to build.
We validate
After publishing, we confirm the page we intended is the one Google is ranking.
What moves
The pages that rank being the same pages built to win the enquiry.
Everything checked in this area (6)
  • page to search term map, funnel and intent mapping
  • service and industry page roadmap
  • ecommerce category and product content structure
  • comparison and alternative pages where valid
  • FAQ and help content
  • content calendar ordered by opportunity and feasibility

Briefs, production and editorial standards

Word count is not a deliverable. Information gain is: something on the page a reader cannot get from the nine pages above it.

We find
The questions the page has to answer, the subjects it has to cover, the evidence we can cite, and the first-hand experience you can draw on.
We fix
A brief setting out what the reader wants, what must be covered, the questions, the evidence, the links, the action we want them to take and the labels, then writing to it.
Who ships it
Briefs and review by Alston, writing by the LLP, subject accuracy by your named reviewer.
We validate
A checklist before it goes out: every claim sourced, the writer and reviewer named, and no invented numbers.
What moves
Pages that answer the search completely and earn an enquiry on the same visit.
Everything checked in this area (6)
  • intent, audience and required entities per brief
  • must-answer questions and evidence sources
  • named author and named reviewer
  • first-hand examples and original data
  • citation and source review
  • internal links, conversion action and schema opportunity

Optimising what already exists

On most established sites the fastest gains are in pages that already rank on page two and were never finished.

We find
Searches where you sit between fifth and twentieth, pages shown often but rarely clicked, and pages competing with each other.
We fix
Finishing the answer the reader came for, titles and headings that match it, the subjects that were missing, direct answers Google can lift, internal links, and the wording Google shows in the results.
Who ships it
Us, on the pages we can publish to.
We validate
A search-by-search comparison of rankings and click rate over two reporting cycles.
What moves
More visitors from rankings you already hold, before new pages have had time to work.
Everything checked in this area (6)
  • title and H1 alignment with target intent
  • intent completeness and entity coverage
  • answer passages for featured snippets and AI answers
  • internal links and anchor text
  • media, tables and a table of contents on long pages
  • click-through improvement and cannibalisation resolution

Decay, consolidation and pruning

Content is an asset that depreciates. Without a maintenance cycle, last year's best page becomes this year's quiet decline.

We find
Which pages and searches are slipping, claims that have gone out of date, broken links, searches that now want a different kind of answer, and thin pages diluting a subject.
We fix
Refreshes on a trigger not a calendar, overlapping pages consolidated, pruning only where value is absent.
Who ships it
Monitored monthly by us, executed in the agreed sprint.
We validate
Before and after comparison per refreshed URL, with the date recorded.
What moves
Value from Google that compounds instead of flattening out.
Everything checked in this area (6)
  • decay monitoring and refresh triggers
  • outdated claim and stale screenshot review
  • broken link and redirect cleanup
  • SERP intent change detection
  • declining click-through investigation
  • consolidation of overlapping pages, pruning where value is absent

Local SEO

Local SEO for the way Coimbatore customers actually search

Profile, directory listings and local pages, measured as calls and bookings. No page farm of near-identical neighbourhood pages.

Google Business Profile

The highest leverage local asset most Coimbatore businesses own, and the one most often left half configured.

We find
Your categories and services, the description, opening hours, the extra details, how well the photos cover the place, products, questions and answers, and any duplicate listings.
We fix
Categories corrected, services and products configured, description written, photo programme, genuine Q&A, duplicates resolved.
Who ships it
Us, on your own profile, which stays under your ownership.
We validate
We track where you appear on the map results, search by search and area by area, alongside what people do once they find you.
What moves
Calls, direction requests and bookings, measured as actions rather than views.
Everything checked in this area (7)
  • primary and secondary category selection
  • services and products configuration
  • business description, attributes and opening hours
  • photo and video coverage
  • Business Profile Q&A
  • review acquisition within platform rules, and a response framework
  • duplicate and unverified listing cleanup

Your name, address and phone number, the same everywhere

A name, address or phone number that differs from one listing to the next makes a business harder to trust, for Google and for AI systems alike.

We find
We check every directory that matters in India against your profile and your website.
We fix
Wrong entries corrected, duplicates removed, and one single version of your name, address and phone number on the site, in its labels and on every listing.
Who ships it
Us, with your approval on anything that changes public contact details.
We validate
A second check after the corrections, plus an automated test each time the site is built confirming the details still match.
What moves
One consistent business identity everywhere it appears.
Everything checked in this area (4)
  • citation audit across relevant Indian directories
  • name, address, phone and category consistency
  • duplicate listing removal
  • schema NAP matching visible NAP

Local landing pages, done honestly

We do not build thirty near-identical neighbourhood pages. Google treats those as throwaway pages, and they are a liability rather than an asset.

We find
Which places have real demand, real customers, a genuinely different service, or something specific worth saying about them.
We fix
A simple areas-served list for the rest, and a page of its own only where there is something real to put on it.
Who ships it
Written by us, reviewed by you for local accuracy.
We validate
Local Google results and map results tracked per location.
What moves
Local visibility without a farm of empty pages that puts the whole site at risk.
Everything checked in this area (5)
  • demand and evidence assessment per location
  • areas served section for locations without unique content
  • dedicated area pages only where evidence exists
  • map pack tracking separated from local organic tracking
  • local review and testimonial collection

Local market

Four things about this market that change the plan

Observations from working in Coimbatore, not a definition of local SEO.

Buyers switch between Tamil and English mid-journey

The same person researches in English on a laptop at work and searches in transliterated Tamil on their phone that evening. Those searches return different results, and a site optimised only in English misses high intent traffic without ever seeing it as a loss.

Neighbourhood searches convert better than city wide ones

Somebody searching from Peelamedu, Saravanampatti or R.S. Puram is signalling how far they will travel. Visibility at that level is a different job from ranking for the city term, and for anything appointment based it produces better enquiries.

Manufacturing demand does not behave like consumer demand

Pumps, castings, textile machinery and engineering firms sell to procurement teams, often internationally. Those buyers search specifications and capabilities, not marketing language, and compare over weeks. A consumer style category phrase is worth very little here.

A Business Profile can outrank the website meant to support it

Many local businesses appear in Maps while their website ranks nowhere in the normal results. That caps growth, because a Maps listing only competes inside its radius. Maps and normal results are two jobs, each needing its own measurement.

Which SEO you actually need

Nine engagements, one page, because a segment earns a page when it earns the proof

Each of these is a different problem with different deliverables and a different measure of success. Find the row that describes your situation.

Not sure which one fits?Send us your site and we will tell you which one applies

Our process

How the SEO engagement actually works

Six stages under one framework, used consistently in proposals, sprints and monthly reports.

  1. Diagnose
  2. Prioritise
  3. Implement
  4. Publish
  5. Measure
  6. Iterate
  1. DiagnoseWeek 1

    Business and measurement discovery

Priority services and margins, who your customers are, how the sales process works, what Google contributes today, and what a lead is worth.

  2. DiagnoseWeek 1 to 2

    Technical and search audit

How Google reads the site, which pages it lists, what it builds from your code, how the site is structured, real visitor speed, whether Search Console and analytics can be trusted, the Business Profile, competitors, and what is missing.

  3. PrioritiseWeek 2

    Prioritised roadmap

Every finding scored by impact, effort, dependency and owner, with the expected signal stated. You approve the order before work begins.

  4. ImplementWeeks 3 to 6

    Foundation implementation

Highest-impact technical fixes, enquiry tracking, template corrections, making the business unmistakable to software, and the first of the selling pages.

  5. PublishMonths 2 to 3

    Content and architecture execution

Commercial pages, supporting content, internal linking and local work, published against the roadmap and reviewed before going live.

  6. MeasureOngoing

    Measurement, iteration and reporting

Monthly analysis of visibility, qualified traffic, enquiries, AI mentions and quotes, then a decision on what changes next. What is not producing gets stopped.

What to expect, and when

  • First two weeks: access, diagnostics, baseline capture, roadmap.
  • First 30 days: highest-impact technical fixes shipped, measurement implemented correctly.
  • Months 2 to 3: commercial page and content architecture executed.
  • Months 3 to 6: meaningful gains commonly emerge, depending on starting ranking, competition, indexing behaviour, implementation speed and existing authority.
  • Competitive categories take longer. We will not name a ranking date, because nobody can honestly name one.

What you receive, and when

The foundation work happens once. The rest is a monthly and quarterly rhythm you can hold us to.

  1. One-time foundation

Everything the engagement is built on

    • Business, margin and funnel discovery
    • Full technical SEO audit
    • Search Console, GA4 and Bing Webmaster Tools review and setup
    • Every search worth having, and which page answers each one

What you own

All of it. Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Bing Webmaster Tools, the Business Profile, every piece of content produced, the dashboards and the raw data stay in your accounts and your name. We work inside client-owned accounts wherever the platform allows, and an engagement that ends comes with a handover pack rather than a hostage negotiation.

Measurement and reporting

Why this model

Why Coimbatore businesses choose this SEO model

Local accountability

A registered Coimbatore LLP with a real office on Kalapatti Main Road, and people you can meet. Not a national template with a city name inserted.

A named strategist

Alston Antony is named, linked and accountable for strategy, with rankings on his own sites anyone can check.

Implementation, not a report

We ship the fixes we control, specify the rest as developer tickets, then validate the release. An audit you implement alone is half a service.

Content from business knowledge

Search data plus your sales objections plus first-hand evidence, rather than a search term tool export turned into blog posts.

Measurement beyond rankings

Calls, forms, qualified enquiries and revenue where attribution is credible. Rankings are a diagnostic, not the result.

Stated constraints

No guaranteed rankings, no backlink quotas, no accounts held hostage, and the exclusions written down before you sign.

This engagement, next to a standard SEO package

No competitor is named here. This is the pattern most SEO packages follow, and the reasons we do not follow it.

Industries

SEO for Coimbatore's core business sectors

Six groupings with genuinely different search behaviour, buying cycles and conversion points. We do not claim to serve every industry equally.

Manufacturing, engineering and export

Procurement teams search specifications, applications, materials and certifications. The work is a product and application architecture that supports RFQs, not a blog.

Hospitals, clinics and healthcare

Patients decide quickly and locally, often late in the evening. Maps visibility, reviews, procedure pages reviewed by a named clinician, and a booking path that works on a phone.

Ecommerce and retail

Category pages carry the buying demand and are usually the thinnest pages on the site. Filters kept under control, real category content, and every product listed in Google, measured on revenue from people who never searched your name.

Education and training

Admissions run on a calendar, and parents and students search differently. Course and outcome pages, intake window planning, two journeys rather than one generic page.

Real estate and construction

High value, long consideration, heavily locality driven. Project and locality pages with real local detail, and qualification built into the enquiry.

Textiles, IT and professional services

Tiruppur trade buyers, SaaS selling outside India, and trust led categories such as accountancy and law: catalogue structure, comparison content and named expertise respectively.

Results and evidence

SEO results with the work behind them

Two case studies are published in the portfolio, with the work, the dates and, for DFT, Search Console figures for a stated window. The slots on this page are for something stricter still: a study that clears every requirement below, including a documented baseline to measure the distance travelled.

The standard a case study has to meet before it appears here

  • The client named, or a stated reason for anonymisation
  • Industry and target market
  • The starting ranking, with a baseline metric and date
  • The measurement period and the implementation timeline
  • The problem diagnosed
  • Technical work and content work, listed separately
  • The outcome, with a screenshot or an exportable source
  • Business impact in enquiries or revenue, not visit counts
  • Limitations, including what else changed during the period
  • Written client permission, and the date last reviewed

To judge how we work beyond what is written up, book the discovery call and bring your hardest SEO question. You will learn more from how we answer it than from a chart with somebody else's name on it.

The DFT case study is the one to read first. It covers a Sri Lankan manufacturer whose entire demand comes from search and paid social, with Search Console figures for a stated sixteen month window, the live store and a Business Profile you can open. Read the DFT case study.

Worked examples

Four sites we own, run and rank ourselves

The case study slots above are empty because no client engagement has yet produced a documented baseline. These are not that, and they are not client references either. They are our own sites, which means no permission question over the data, so each one publishes its figures in full with the Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools screenshots behind them. If you want to judge the method before hiring anybody, this is the closest thing to reading our working.

  1. Travel and pilgrimage

    Velankanni Shrine

    velankannishrine.in

The problem. A well covered subject, badly served. Plenty of pages describe the basilica; almost none told a family from Chennai which train to take, when mass is, or what a room costs. The searches with the clearest purpose had no good answer at all.

    42.9K
visits from Google, 16 months to August 2026
    16.3K
quotes in Copilot answers, Bing, 6 months
    84.3%
share of one AI answer's sources

What it demonstrates. Structure beats authority in an AI answer. We do not outrank an institution on domain strength, and on several searches the assistant quotes us anyway, because the fact it needs is marked up, unambiguous and in the first screen.

  2. Local publishing

    Coimbatore Junction

    coimbatorejunction.in

The problem. A city guide competing with the corporation's own site and every news outlet in Coimbatore, with no advertising budget, no social following and no bought links. If a page does not earn its ranking on structure and freshness, nothing else in the mix makes up the difference.

    38.2K

    40.1K
quotes in Copilot answers, Bing, 6 months

What it demonstrates. Query-first commissioning, and maintenance treated as part of the job. Pages are written because somebody is searching for them, and revised before their season rather than during it. That is the whole method, with no budget hiding any of it.

  3. Marketplace

    MatchMaker.lk

    matchmaker.lk

The problem. Thousands of near-identical listing pages competing with each other, in a category whose centre of gravity is still the Sunday newspaper classifieds, with a fifth of demand arriving from five other countries.

    8.25K
visits from Google, 16 months to August 2026
    5.61K
appearances in Google's AI features, from 18 May 2026
    20%
of demand from outside Sri Lanka

What it demonstrates. Marketplace SEO is mostly restraint: deciding what does not deserve to be listed in Google. The 307 searches still stranded past ranking 20 are published on that page too, because they are the honest part of the picture and the next year of work.

Read the full case study, with the console screenshots
  4. Tamil language education

    SEO Tamil

    seotamil.com and digitalmarketingtamil.com

The problem. A language whose search data is sparse and often wrong, where the same question is typed in two scripts, and where learners switch between Tamil and English into English for every technical term. Thin competition, and worse tooling.

    110
of 968 searches where we rank first or second on average
    5.26K
times shown in Google's AI answers, from 18 May 2026
    26
    pages carrying the whole site

What it demonstrates. The honest version of a ranking claim. That page publishes the distribution and the average ranking of 6.8 alongside the number one placements, because an average blends every country and device, and the specific claim is the one that survives a challenge.

One caveat worth stating rather than burying: these are our own sites, so nobody was telling us no. A client engagement has a budget, a sign-off and a pace we do not control, and the honest read on these four is that they show what the method does with the brakes off. What they cannot show is what it is like to work with us, which is what the client case studies and the video testimonials are for.

Client reviews

What clients say

Three named testimonials, all on video. Gabriel Fernando of DFT speaks directly about search, and his engagement is documented in full in the case study. Shaik Dawood names SEO as part of the work we do for him. Dr. Sivakumar's is for a launch campaign and broader digital marketing work rather than an SEO engagement, and is labelled as such.

Rated 4.9 / 5 on our Google Business Profile. Read every review at source.

Clients

Brands we work on

Client brands and our own websites, across healthcare, advertising, retail, interiors, software and community sites, in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Sri Lanka and beyond. The portfolio separates the two.

Pricing and scope

Three scope levels, priced after the discovery call

SEO is scoped after the discovery call, and priced against the audit that opens the engagement rather than before it. Quoting before anyone has read your site, your Search Console history and your competition is guesswork dressed as a price, and it is why so many SEO engagements are mispriced from month one.

What changes the price

  • Site complexity and number of templates
  • Whether we ship fixes or specify them for your developers
  • How many commercial pages need building or rebuilding
  • Content production volume
  • Number of locations and languages
  • Technical depth, for example log analysis or a migration
  • Reporting cadence and stakeholder involvement

Scope is not priced by search term count. A search term count says nothing about the work required, which is precisely why it is such a popular way to sell SEO.

Commercial terms, stated up front

  • All fees are exclusive of 18% GST.
  • Minimum engagement is one quarter for search led work, because anything shorter cannot show a result either way.
  • Annual terms are available where a longer commitment suits both sides.
  • Third-party costs are billed separately at cost: tools, stock media, translation, development outside our scope.
  • Link acquisition is excluded unless separately scoped and quoted.
  • No ranking guarantee is offered, by us or by anyone who can deliver on it.

SEO company in Coimbatore: frequently asked questions

What does an SEO company in Coimbatore actually do?

Four things. It makes the site technically capable of ranking, by fixing how Google reads the site, whether it lists your pages, what it builds from your code, how the site is structured and how fast it loads. It works out what your buyers search and which searches are worth chasing. It builds the pages that answer them. Then it measures the enquiries Google produced.

How much do SEO services in Coimbatore cost?

Cost follows site complexity, how many templates and commercial pages are involved, content volume, locations and languages, and whether we implement fixes or specify them for your developers. We quote after the discovery call, once we know the scope. Fees exclude 18% GST, and the minimum engagement is one quarter.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Technical and local work often moves inside the first quarter, because you are removing things actively holding the site back. Content led growth builds across two to three quarters and compounds after that. Starting ranking, competition, approval speed and existing authority all change the timeline.

Can you guarantee a first-page or number one ranking?

No legitimate SEO provider controls Google's rankings or AI-generated answers. We commit to agreed implementation, technical quality, transparent measurement and a prioritised strategy, not a guaranteed ranking. If a provider promises you a ranking, ask which part of Google's ranking system they control.

What is included in your technical SEO service?

Getting found and listed by Google, making sure pages built in JavaScript reach Google complete, site structure and the links between pages, speed measured on real visitors, hidden page labels, handling English and Tamil properly, migrations and recovery, plus security, accessibility and the server's record of what Google visited on larger sites. Each area is diagnosed, then either fixed by us or specified for your developers, then checked by re-reading the site.

What is included in your content SEO service?

Research into your business, your customers and the searches already reaching you, every search worth having grouped by what the person wants and what it is worth, a map of which page answers which search, briefs specifying what must be covered and what evidence is needed rather than a word count, production against those briefs, internal linking, and a decay and refresh cycle.

Is link building included?

No. The core engagement excludes backlink quotas, bulk guest-post packages, directory submission runs and automated link tools. Link acquisition can be scoped and quoted separately, once the technical, content, identity, local and measurement foundations are in place. Buying links before fixing the site pays for a symptom.

Do you implement the fixes, or only hand over an audit?

We implement. Where we have publishing and template access we ship the changes. Where your developers own the codebase, we supply tickets stating the rule, the affected URLs and the expected outcome, then validate the release. An audit with no implementation leaves the hardest part with you.

Do you provide local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation?

Yes. Categories and services, the description, hours, photos and video, products, Q&A, a review process that follows Google's rules, your name, address and phone number corrected across the directories, and duplicate listings cleaned up. Tracked as calls, direction requests, bookings and map pack ranking by neighbourhood, not profile views.

Can you optimise Tamil and English content?

Yes, and for most consumer categories in Coimbatore Tamil searches are worth including. We research English, Tamil script and transliterated Tamil separately because they return different results, then set the language and the web address structure so each language page points correctly at its counterparts. Tamil copy is written by Tamil speakers, never machine translated.

Do you work with ecommerce websites?

Yes. Ecommerce SEO concentrates on what catalogues break: thin category pages carrying all the buying demand, filters generating endless near-identical addresses, duplicate product descriptions, and product pages Google never lists. It is measured on revenue from people who never searched your name, not on visit counts.

Do you work with B2B manufacturers and exporters?

Yes, and it is one of the strongest fits in this city. Procurement buyers search specifications, applications, materials and capabilities, then compare over weeks. The work is a product and application architecture supporting RFQs, with enquiry paths built for a technical buyer rather than a consumer.

Can you help a brand new website?

Yes, and starting early costs less than correcting later. On a new site the work is structure, template quality, getting pages listed, measurement and the first selling pages, set up before content volume accumulates. Expect a longer runway, because there is no existing authority or history to build on.

Can you recover traffic lost after a redesign or migration?

Usually. The first step is establishing what changed: addresses that lost a redirect or gained a detour, pages Google stopped listing or started treating as duplicates, template content that disappeared, and staging directives left in place. Recovery speed depends largely on how long the problem has been live.

How do you measure SEO return on investment?

By connecting what Google sends you to enquiries and what they are worth. That needs conversion tracking implemented before conclusions are drawn: forms, calls, WhatsApp clicks and, where your sales process supports it, offline conversion data from your CRM. Rankings stay in the report as a diagnostic, not the result.

Will I own Search Console, Analytics, content and reports?

Yes, all of it. Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Bing Webmaster Tools, the Business Profile, every page and asset produced, and the dashboards stay in your accounts and your name. We work inside client-owned accounts wherever the platform allows, and you get a handover pack if we part.

What access do you need to start?

Read access to Search Console and analytics for the audit. For implementation, publishing access to the website or a working relationship with whoever has it, plus manager access to the Business Profile and Tag Manager. Everything is requested against your own accounts, so you can withdraw access anytime.

What are AI SEO, GEO and AEO?

Labels for making a site usable by AI answer systems: Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Bing and Copilot, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity. In practice the work is ordinary SEO held to a higher standard, plus describing the business the same way everywhere, answering first and explaining second, saying something nobody else has said, and letting the machines read the page. Google requires no special file.

Can you make my business appear in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity?

No platform can guarantee a permanent mention. We make the site easier to read, make your business unmistakable, add evidence, structure the answers, and make you worth quoting, then monitor real prompts and quotes on selected platforms and report what changed. AI answers vary by model, location, personalisation and date, so any result is a record rather than a state.

Why work with Web Wonder Works and Alston Antony together?

Because the accountabilities differ. Web Wonder Works LLP holds the contract, manages the account and produces the work, from an office in Coimbatore you can visit. Alston Antony leads diagnosis, strategy, technical direction, content architecture, quality review and measurement. Local delivery plus specialist direction, both named.

What is the minimum engagement?

One quarter for search led work. Technical fixes have to be re-read and reprocessed by Google, new pages need time to be listed and tested, and anything shorter cannot show a result in either direction. Terms, deliverables and notice period are written into the scope before anything starts.

Do you offer one-time SEO projects?

Yes. A technical SEO project, a migration, a recovery investigation or an audit with implementation support are available as fixed scope work. They suit a diagnosed problem rather than an ongoing growth objective. If you want growth from Google that compounds, a project alone will not produce it.

Is SEO better than Google Ads?

They answer different questions. Ads buy visibility immediately and stop when the budget stops, which suits testing demand, seasonal peaks and urgent enquiries. SEO takes months and then keeps producing without paying per click. If you need enquiries this month, start with Ads and the Business Profile.

Which areas of Coimbatore do you serve?

All of Coimbatore and the surrounding district, including Peelamedu, Saravanampatti, Gandhipuram, R.S. Puram, Singanallur and Kalapatti, plus the industrial belt along Avinashi Road and Sitra. Our office is on Kalapatti Main Road. We also work across Tamil Nadu and with exporters selling outside India.

How do I get started?

Book the discovery call. You describe the problem, we ask what narrows it down, and you leave with our read on the cause and what fixing it involves. If it goes further, the paid engagement opens with the full technical and content audit, then a prioritised roadmap you approve before work starts.

Start with a discovery call. You describe the SEO problem you are actually facing, we ask the questions that narrow it down, and you leave knowing what we think is wrong and what fixing it would involve. The audit itself is billable work inside an engagement, because it takes days of reading the site, reviewing server records and analysis. The call is free.
